Chalga, Turbo Folk, And More

Don’t know what these are? “Chalga” is modern Bulgarian Folk Rock music, often performed by some of the sexiest young women you can imagine. “Turbo Folk” is similar Balkan music, often Serbian, but no way exclusively. “Kuchek” is a sexy but not sexually-oriented popular dance that involves a lot of belly dancing-type action.

Here is a YouTube playlist with some of the nicest real folk music videos. I had one that featured more modern music, but something happened to it and I can’t show it.
