CRM – Say What?

CRM – Say What?

My training in CRM (customer relationship management) in Switzerland made me conscious of how important the treatment of clients is for every business. It is really important to remember that, without clients, NO business can continue to exist! Below is an interesting video produced by (or maybe for) an Internet training house called Experimental Marketing, and it does a great job of explaining the point – the video takes about 16-1/2 minutes, so set the time apart where you can watch it undisturbed.

I’ve been doing research a lot and after reading this post all I can say is “finally someone who writes besides obsessing #with his# blog figures”. bravo. You just made the web a better place after half of the people online only trying to monetize every word.
